I'm a father of three wonderful children and husband to the most beautiful woman in the world. I have been working in ministry for about 18 years and love leadership development and strategic planning. I truly believe that mentoring people back to God and growing them into their fullest potential is one of the keys to growing a healthy ministry. I like paint-balling, mountain biking, building, and reading. I enjoy hanging out with friends and family and laughing at life. I love speaking at youth conferences, seminars, consulting leadership teams, and elder/deacon teams!

So why LeaderBuild?

After driving by a long-time established church in my community and seeing a "For Sale" sign, it sadly reinforced to me that there are a lot of churches that are struggling.

Studies have shown that on average, 11 churches a day, close their doors forever. Where the same studies tell us that on average, only 3 churches a day are started. On top of that, studies have shown that half of all church plants fail within the first year they start.

It doesn't take a great mathematician to know that we are losing ground in truly reaching people in our communities. For me, the reason why I started LeaderBuild is because sitting on the sidelines isn't good enough anymore. I am passionate about helping leaders develop healthy, growing, and multiplying churches.  Who knows where God is going to take me in this, but I am excited to be used by Him.
