My Short Version.

I have been married for over 20 years to my wife Beth and have a teenage daughter heading into high school named Anna. I have been marketplace educated for almost 20 years in corporate America. Also, I grew up in and around the church and seriously vested in its development since college. With experience as a former worship leader, small group leader, and elder; I have made the move from marketplace to ministry move in 2010. I am currently a campus pastor and executive staff member at Richwoods Christian Church serving the greater Peoria area in Illinois.

Why I Write?

When Ben asked me to write for LeaderBuild, I was both humbled and encouraged. He and I share a love for this topic, especially as it pertains to building the big-C Church. Ben and Aimee's willingness to put their family "out there" in pursuit of a calling is both admirable and convicting. I applaud their faithfulness and hope to support them any way I can. Writing for LeaderBuild is one way I can tangibly show my support.
